At BREATHE yoga is a medium for which we can connect: to ourselves, to each other, to the natural cycles of life, to that basic intrinsic nature of goodness. We can remember who we are when we come out of the noise and haste. We come together, breathe, explore the phenomenon of our bodies, laugh, cry, at times feel as though we just might die, and then aaaah recover. You don’t have to be anything other than who you are this very moment. You are who you’ve been looking for. In this moment, just as you are, you are perfect. We invite you. Come inside and make yourself at home.

STORY TIME YOGA:
Monday's 12:30pm - 1:00pm

Story time yoga comes alive with songs, games and yoga poses.  Carefully selected stories that naturally lend themselves to yoga!  As we read we'll come across animals and elements of nature that we know from yoga, we'll stop the story, do the yoga pose,
then continue with our story.

Children ages 3-5 years




MOM & TOT YOGA
Thursdays 10:15am - 11:00am
 
This unique class combines yoga and play to get in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your child.  Partner with your child in simple animated poses, games, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness.  We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that you and your child will never forget.

 Children ages 6 months - 3 years
